REDUCE

• As always – avoid over packaged goods and let suppliers and manufacturers know what you feel

REUSE

• Egg cartons and toilet rolls are great in compost bins
• Non-coated, torn up cardboard is good for mixing in compost bins with lots of green content

RECYCLE

• Cardboard for recycling should be clean and non-coated
• Drinks cartons can sometimes be recycled with mixed paper but contact your local recycling officer for clarification and LCFMA for details of collection and send sites
